Hotel is very good my experience was good staff was polite and food was good and this is a must stay

I paid extra charges for the room. The room condition was worst. He said don't use mmt. Cone directly here. Worst experience

The room provided was not as shown, and hot water was not available from the geyser. Even after ordering water, we did not receive a bottle. When we asked for a plate at 11 pm, they refused, saying the kitchen was closed. The room was dirty, and the water they provided was unclean. The service provided was not worth the amount paid. Please provide us with a discount; otherwise, Who would even take pictures of such a dirty place.

I request to give clean and hygienic room. As i see the room they were giving was very dusty, smelly. He advised me to pay 800 more for better room. I was not accepting his offer he changed her tune of conversation and saying the driving licence is not ok. And sharing after my partner i'd he takes out the print after-that i removed message due to privacy concern for my partner. She was also in doubt that the reception boy will do something from his behavior way of talking. And finally he warned us to call the police one person came i don't know who was that he said he is in police. I was not wrong and completed with i'd proof identity. He shouted misbehave with the partner. When i asked his name to complain he challenged me to call other and throw you out. Such a very bad guy was that this hotel is totally should be banned for family stay purpose.

It was a very nice stay with the hotel. Staff was very helpful and co operative. I would love to stay again.

Manager was miss-behaving with the girl and using slangs and bad words owner should take the astion not safe for girls and family

Chhapdi hotel, unprofessional staff, dirty and very small room, receptionist behaviour is very rude.

Standard rooms and beds in it are very small, suitable for single occupancy only

Worst experience, the manager asks me how much didi you paid and he will provide me room accordingly as i have taken discount so he provided me a room of 8x10 and the single bed with no ventilation inside and no water has been givem and when i asked he said its paid. No complimentry water and dirty room from inside.
